The company has advised on the purchase and disposal of assets with a combined value of £670 million both on a property and corporate transactional basis.

A few of the projects that we have overseen are detailed below.

Project Turf

Instructed to arrange for the sale of a company comprising 5 multi-let industrial assets in some of the main UK economic hubs.

DIGBETH, BIRMINGHAM

Mandated to secure a foothold within the area which resulted in the acquisition of The Custard Factory and Fazeley Studios to lead a re-generation programme that subsequently involved acquiring additional holdings to create critical mass. This was executed in order to create the master plan led regeneration of the area.

Ironstone

Undertaking the due diligence function on Life Science assets in the key three focal locations of Oxford, Cambridge and Kings Cross from pre-equity raise IPO through to completion of the transactions. This included the analysis of both standing assets and a part forward funding and included property and corporate transactions.

Industrial Aquisitions

Selected to oversee the due diligence on multi-let acquisition programmes for numerous investors since inception.

Project NEO

Mandated to source and acquire government let office buildings in the regions occupied by the Department of Work and Pensions. These leases were re-geared following acquisition to provide new 10 year lease term to the tenant before being sold.

Project Village

Instructed to devise asset management strategy and analyse due diligence on the purchase of a Central London office portfolio.
